Are you 65 over years of age?

Are you worried about falling?

Have you had a fall in the last year?

Do you have brittle bones (osteoporosis)?

Do you feel weakness in your legs?

Would you like to improve your strength, mobility, balance and confidence guided by a physiotherapist?

£10 per class.

We accept GP or healthcare professional referrals as well as self referrals.

Classes are one hour long and feature a mixture of seated and standing exercises. Please bring some water with you and wear suitable shoes and clothing.
