Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the ActivityisMedicine website and services. By using our services, you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Appointments

Appointments must be booked in advance. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances. We will endeavour to give as much notice as possible in such cases.

Strength & Balance Classes

Strength and Balance classes require payment at the start of the month for the number of classes in that month. If you are unable to attend one or more classes during the month, payment will still be required in order to keep your space.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of treatment unless prior arrangements have been made with your insurance provider. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer. For insurance-funded treatment, you are responsible for any excess or shortfall not covered by your policy.

4. Consent

All treatment is carried out with your informed consent. You have the right to refuse or withdraw consent for any treatment at any time. Our physiotherapists will explain all proposed treatments and answer any questions you may have.

5. Confidentiality

All personal and medical information is held in strict confidence in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

6. Liability

ActivityisMedicine and its physiotherapists are fully insured and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). We take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients. However, we cannot accept liability for any adverse outcomes resulting from failure to follow advice given or from pre-existing conditions.
